Come join our team of technologists! We’re currently searching for highly skilled and qualified Sr. Software Developer with the following profile:
Work with many phases of the software development lifecycle, including technical research, requirements analysis, technical design, and implementation of enhancements, unit testing, debugging and maintenance in Microsoft.NET and Java framework environments. The selected candidate will work closely with our customers; architects and product owners to devise a scalable plan that meets the business needs of the requested changes. Perform work responsibilities and respond appropriately to the urgency of situations inside and outside of standard business hours.
Develop and enhance programs according to Business Requirements / User Stories
Research, design, and writing of software to specifications, either individually or as part of a team of other developers
Complete projects/tasks on a timely basis, according to commitments made to stakeholders and management
Report project/task status to the appropriate Application Development Manager on a weekly basis
Collaborate with product owners, other developers and architects/team leads (when appropriate) to determine optimal solution architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability
Develop unit test plans, ensure software coding standards and quality are achieved, and validate that business goals are accomplished
Fully document all changes within code and ticket tracking system
Assists with application maintenance by monitoring and correcting software defects
You will be a person who has / is:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3-5+ years working experience in C# or Java object oriented language and SQL Server
Object Oriented Design/Programming
1 – 2 years of Angular development experience
Very good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven knowledge in all stages of the software development life cycle
Excellent analytic and problem-solving capabilities
Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
Technical writing and Documentation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others and set a positive example
The ability to support department goals that align with current and future Company objectives and initiatives
Must be able to work under general supervision in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
Strong organization skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignment simultaneously
Excellent written and spoken English
